About the programme
It is a one (1) year collaborative master’s programme between GTUC and University of West Scotland, UK. The course is designed to keep students up-to-date with industry practices, with strong emphasis placed on the practical aspects of implementing a continuous improvement approach to the work of an organization. Students are trained to develop functional skills needed to satisfy quality driven markets. Core modules develop management skills, technical knowledge and the range of expertise required to enable students to understand, identify, analyze and assess the criteria which influence quality decisions required at all stages of the product or service life cycle. An understanding is also given of the complexities and inter-relationships which exist in implementing cost-effective quality management solutions. Modules are developed to suit the knowledge specification of students in other to stimulate growth in students in terms of self-management and independence. On completion, the certificate is issued by University of West Scotland, UK. Students have the option of graduating at the University of West Scotland.

Why should I choose this Course
Upon completion of the MSc in Quality Management, participants should be able to:
• Effectively manage quality assurance directorates of banks, security agencies, manufacturing firms, constructions firms, academic institutions, etc

Course duration
One (1) year full time. Weekend option is available.

Entry Requirement

Degree-A Bachelor’s degree (at least Second Class Lower) in business, economics or related area. Applicants to MBA programmes must have at least two years work experience.
Diploma– Higher National Diploma (HND) or 2-year Diploma from an accredited university. Applicants must have at least four (4) years post graduation work experience.
